Saganing Traditional Pow Wow

The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe’s “Honoring Saganing Traditional Pow Wow” will be held:

 

Saturday, June 25th 11am-Dusk

Sunday, June 26th 11am-Dusk

 

Grand Entry at 1pm each day at the Pow Wow Reservation Grounds, next to Saganing Eagles Landing Casino & Hotel on Worth Road in Standish. Native traders and food vendors and rustic camping available. Daily entry $3, weekend pass $5, kids $1.

Sale-A-Bration

3rd annual Sale-a-bration. This is a Community Yard Sale with free lunch. To reserve a table contact the church office at 989-356-2021. Cancer Benefit for Marcia Hope

Blues Abusers are hosting along with daughter Jessica Hope a benefit for Marcia Hope who is from the local area and has been diagnosed with cancer... This benefit is taking place on the 15th of September at The Buckhorn Inn in Tawas benefit will start around 6ish ending around 1 a.m ~ there will be live music, food, games,a 50/50 drawing, a silent auction and much more in which all proceeds are going to Marcia.
